Shipping Policy

1. What is the time taken to deliver my order?

1.1 Information,

At the time of checkout, you will receive an option to select the date and suitable slot of your choice. Usually, the next available slot will enable you to receive the delivery within 2-4 hours, depending upon your location.

2. What are the delivery charges?

2.1 The delivery is free of cost for all orders in some areas but there are some areas for which we charge a small amount for the product delivery. This policy may change from time to time.

3. Are there any hidden costs (GST, sales tax, VAT, etc)

3.1 There are NO hidden charges, though when you make a purchase on K L FOODS PVT LTD. we will levy tax as per government guidelines on the products where tax is valid.

3.2 Delivery charges are not hidden charges and will be charged (if at all) extra.

4. I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
